Social technologies refer to any technology that is used to a group of people. In the past 5 years or so online social technologies have spurred numerous innovations in business practices and communication models. In this course we will review existing online social technologies (such as Amazon¡¯s Mechnical Turk, Wikipedia, AppStore) and their likelihood of adoption in different cultures.
